Pump out the jams on your mobile
Posted by Joe P on November 16, 2007

Combining mobile phones with other portable devices has been all the rave lately. Specifically, MP3 players and phones have been hot, with most new models of phones being at least capable of playing the files. The new Mini Boombox GSM Cell Phone goes a bit further, actually pumping your MP3s through built-in speakers, rather than through a headphone jack. It could be nice for small gatherings, though we have no idea how loud and clear it can get.
The downside is that it only has 256 MB of on-board memory. But it’s microSD-compatible for up to 4 GB.
What we like: it’s an unlocked model, so you can use it with T-Mobile or AT&T. It has a 1.3 MP camera, plus a WAP browser, so you’re set with most major features. No mention of Bluetooth, though.
